Amitabh Bachchan Leases Out Three Floors Of His Andheri West Building; To Earn THIS Massive Monthly Rent

Given his illustrative career spanning decades, Amitabh Bachchan is one of Bollywood’s biggest and richest stars. The veteran actor owns several multi-crore properties across the city and is even the landlord of some big names in the entertainment and business world. As per a recent media report, the ‘Sholay’ actor has leased out three floors of his Andheri West building to nutrition brand TruNativ F&B Private Limited. Scroll to know the details of this lease.

Amitabh Bachchan Leases Out Three Floors Of His Andheri West Building

According to property registration documents accessed by Zapkey, Amitabh Bachchan has leased out the three higher floors of Signature building to nutrition brand TruNativ F&B Private Limited. The building is located on Link Road in Oshiwara, Andheri West. As per the documents, the veteran actor will be receiving a monthly rent of Rs 33 lakh.

Talking about the property, the three floors have combined carpet area of around 8,428 sq ft. With the rental being Rs 33 lakh/month, the rental rate works out to around Rs 392 per sq ft a month. Commenced on August 15, 2026, the five-year lease will see a total rental outgo of around Rs 21.88 crore. The agreement provides for a 5% annual escalation in rent. The leave and license agreement was registered on August 7, 2026.

As per the report, the lease gives the tenant exclusive right to park nine vehicles in the designated parking spaces of the building. Reportedly, TruNativ paid a security deposit of Rs 1.98 crore.

Sr Bachchan’s Real Estate Portfolio

Amitabh Bachchan has several real estates both in Mumbai and across Inida. While her owns a couple of bungalows, residential homes and commercial properties in Mumabi, he also owns land in Ayodhya. In March 2026, the senior actor expanded his Ayodhya footprint by purchasing a 2.67-acre land parcel. The actor purchased the land from The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) for a whopping Rs 35 crore.
