Amitabh Bachchan requests producers of his unreleased film to release the movie

There have been many instances that a film, despite being complete, does not get released. Well, one such film of Amitabh Bachchan is yet to see the light of the day. We are talking about Shoojit Sircar’s ‘Shoebite’.

Before ‘Piku’, Shoojit and Big B had collaborated for ‘Shoebite’, but due to some issues the film didn’t get released. Today a fan of Big B took to Twitter to request the producers to release the film. And the ‘PINK’ actor quote retweeted the fan’s tweet and wrote, “YES .. utv & Disney .. put aside the internal debate, issues, or personal view points and give this labour of love from Shoojit Sircar a chance for others to appreciate this novel story and film .. ????? PLEASE.”

Well, ‘Shoebite’ also stars Dia Mirza, Sarika, Jimmy Sheirgill and Nawazuddin Siddiqui. It will surely be interesting to see the movie as it captures the story of a man in 60s who sets out on a journey of self-discovery.
