While Bollywood has romanticised monsoon – especially the rains in Mumbai, for millions of fans the world over, over the last two day actors and laymen alike had a very different experience. Owing to the relentless downpour since the weekend, Mumbai almost came to a stop due to waterlogging in several places, including celebrity hot spots like Bandra, Andheri and Juhu. In fact, the water even collected in several Bollywood stars’ homes, such as Amitabh Bachchan, Ajay Devgn, the Deols and more.

A vlogger took to the streets of Mumbai amid the heavy downpour yesterday and shared several videos of the flooded roads in front of celebrity homes as well as glimpses of their compounds wherever and whenever possible. Scroll below to check them out.

Amitabh Bachchan’s Bungalows In Juhu Flooded

Vlogger Sagar Thakur took to his Instagram handle and shared a video of muddy water levelling up to his calves collected outside Amitabh Bachchan’s bungalow, Prateeksha, in Juhu. In the video he’s heard saying, “Aap dekh sakte hain kitna paani bhar chuka hai. Kaha jaa raha hai Amitabh Bachchan khud aae the wiper leke, paani nikaal rahe the. Kitna bhi paisa ho, 1000 crore, Mumbai ki baarish se koi nahi bach paaya hai. Na Ambani, na Amitabh Bachchan.”

In the above clip, Sagar even enters the bungalow premises via the main gate and asks the watchman about the condition. The guard promptly makes him leave the property.

Sharing a video of another Bachchan bungalow being flooded, the vlogger wrote, “World Famous Aishwarya Rai & Abhishek Bachchan Bungalow in Mumbai Juhu Will Full Of Water Heavy rain.”
