Amitabh Bachchan completes 50 years in films; son Abhishek Bachchan posts a heartfelt wish

Megastar Amitabh Bachchan has clocked fifty years in Indian cinema. The tall and lanky young man, who had started his journey with ‘Saat Hindustani’ this day in 1969, had later gone on to act in films like ‘Parwana’, ‘Anand’,’ Guddi’, ‘Bombay To Goa’ and many others. The road to stardom was not smooth for the actor as he faced many ups and downs.

Son Abhishek Bachchan too decided to wish his father in a unique manner. He shared a selfie on his Instagram handle where he is wearing a t-shirt printed with Amitabh Bachchan’s face and ‘icon’ written next to it. He wrote how his father Amitabh Bachchan is still dedicated towards his work despite being in his 70s.

Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan have worked together in ‘Bunty Aur Babli’ for a song ‘Kajra Re’ which was filmed on actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. Apart from this, they also worked together in R Balki’s ‘Paa’ in which the megastar played the role of a progeric son of Vidya Balan. The duo share a friendly equation with each other and like spending time together too.

Not only Big B’s son, but his loving daughter Shweta Bachchan too has wished him on his special day.

On the work front, Amitabh Bachchan has ‘Badla’ with Taapsee Pannu which is a revenge drama that is all set to hit the theatres on 8th March, 2019.
