After months of hosting pre-wedding festivities and functions across the globe, Mukesh Ambani-Nita Ambani’s son, Anant Ambani and Viren Merchant-Shaila Viren Merchant’s daughter, Radhika Merchant are tying the knot today, July 12 at Jio World Centre in BKC. The who’s who of the entertainment, political and business world are in attendance at this grand celebration and pictures of the same have made their way online.

About Anant Ambani-Radhika Merchant pre-wedding festivities

The ceremonies kick off on Friday, July 12th with the main wedding ceremony, the Shubh Vivah. Guests are invited to embrace the cultural significance by wearing traditional Indian attire for this special occasion. The celebrations continue on Saturday, July 13th with the Shubh Aashirwad, a ceremony seeking blessings for the newlyweds. The festivities culminate on Sunday, July 14th with the vibrant Mangal Utsav, also known as the wedding reception. The events will take place at the Jio World Convention Centre, located in Mumbai’s bustling business district.

Leading up to the wedding, there have been numerous extravagant pre-wedding events. It included celebrations in Jamnagar and a Mediterranean cruise featuring performances by global stars such as Rihanna, Justin Bieber, and Katy Perry. It was followed by Radhika’s Mameru ceremony on July 3. This was continued by an intimate Garba night on July 4 and a lively sangeet night on July 5. Additionally, a Grah Shanti Puja was held yesterday, July 7. The pre-wedding festivities concluded with Haldi and Mehendi ceremony.
