Anushka Sharma reveals one thing her daughter Vamika does to make her laugh

Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli welcomed their first child, a baby girl, Vamika in January last year. Anushka and Virat are very protective of their daughter. She rarely shares any pictures of her daughter. In a recent interview, Anushka opened up about her baby girl.

Speaking to a magazine, Anushka said, “When my daughter tries to make me laugh. And when she sees that she has made me laugh, she repeats the action over and over, to make me laugh again. She’s so young and tries so hard.. And when I begin laughing, she enjoys it tremendously.. this simple act really touches me.”

On Mother’s Day, Anushka had shared two pictures on Instagram. The first picture showed her leaning over an infant Vamika and holding her hand. The second picture showed her pet dog sleeping on her mother’s lap. The actress had captioned it, “Happy Mother’s Day Maa (red heart emoji) Thank you for watching over me and being such a huge support for me especially in the last year and few months. Your will power and strength is phenomenal and you are so so loved by us all.”

Anushka and Virat had shared the first photo of their daughter in February last year. The actress had captioned it, “We have lived together with love, presence and gratitude as a way of life but this little one, Vamika has taken it to a whole new level! Tears, laughter, worry, bliss – emotions that have been experienced in a span of minutes sometimes! Sleep is elusive but our hearts are SO full. Thank you all for your wishes, prayers and good energy.”

On the work front, Anushka is all set to return to films with Chakda Xpress. The actress had shared a short video announcing the film and captioned it, “It is a really special film because it is essentially a story of tremendous sacrifice. Chakda Xpress is inspired by the life and times of former Indian captain Jhulan Goswami and it will be an eye-opener into the world of women’s cricket.”
