‘Dabangg 3’, which is the third instalment in the ‘Dabangg’ franchise, is all set to go floors in April this year. This time Superstar Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha will reprise their respective characters of inspector Chulbul Pandey and Rajjo while South actor Sudeep will play a negative role. Recently, producer Arbaaz Khan revealed that the script is locked and everything is on tracks. However, as soon as this revelation was made, speculations were rife that Kareena Kapoor Khan has been roped in for a special number in ‘Dabangg 3′.

Now as per a report in Mumbai Mirror, Arbaaz has squashed all the speculations regarding Kareena being approached for ‘Dabangg 3′ adding that official announcements regarding the film will be made at the right time.

It is to be noted that Kareena had earlier featured in ‘Dabangg 2’, in the song ‘Fevicol Se’ that went on to become a rage. Take a look at the hit number:

The latest instalment of this hit franchise will be shot extensively in the parts of Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra. The film will be shot over a period of four months in a start-to-finish schedule. In the meantime, Salman Khan is busy with the shoot of ‘Bharat’. The Ali Abbas Zafar directorial is based on the Korean film ‘Ode To My Father’. ‘Bharat’ also features Katrina Kaif, Disha Patani, Tabu, Jackie Shroff and Nora Fatehi.

Kareena, on the other hand, has Karan Johar‘s ‘Good News’ co-starring Akshay Kumar, Diljit Dosanjh and Kiara Advani in her kitty. We will also be seeing her in Karan Johar’s multi starrer historical drama ‘Takht’ co-starring Ranveer Singh, Vicky Kaushal, Anil Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar, Alia Bhatt and Janhvi Kapoor in significant roles.

We would have loved to watch Salman and Kareena on the silver screen once again in ‘Dabangg 3’. But now we will wait for them to star in a full-fledged role in some other project.

The first two instalments of ‘Dabangg’ were a huge hit at the box-office. Salmaniacs are eagerly waiting for ‘Dabangg 3’ and so do we.
