Archana Puran Singh and Parmeet Sethi’s son Aayushmaan Sethi has been scammed of a whopping Rs 87,000 in an alleged credit card scam. As seen in their recent vlog, the Sethis day started like normal until their casual chatty moment turned a little chaotic. In the video shared by Aaryamann Sethi on his YouTube channel – Aary Vlogs, we see an unexpected situation at the actors’ home involving their younger son Aayushmaan being duped of Rs 87K. Archana Puran Singh’s Son Duped Of Rs 87,000 In Credit Card Fraud
In his vlog, Aaryamann shares that while trying out a site for its seven-day trial period, he was charged for a complete year’s service. This came as a shock to him, and he rushed to inform his parents while contacting his credit card company to stop the payment. He’s heard saying, “My credit card got swiped for Rs 87,000.”
On hearing this, a shocked Archana Puran Singh asks him to cancel the subscription. However, Ayushmaan said, “They took the money for the entire year under the pretext of a seven-day free trial.” Parmeet Sethi is then seen laughing at a stressed Ayushmaan, leading to Archana saying, “He will take that money from you. So what are you so happy for?”
Ayushmaan then explains exactly happened to his family members. He says, “Someone has taken money from my credit card without my permission. They had these options for seven-day trials, promising they would charge after the seventh day. But they charged me for the entire year in one go… without asking my permission.” He further noted, “It is not some shady website. I am using it, it is fine and useful. But they confused me regarding the seven-day free trial. First, they deducted a $0 transaction, which I approved. Then after an hour, they took away Rs 87,000 without my permission.”
Family Reaction
Reacting to the scam, Parmeet is heard suggesting that haste may have played a role. He sayd, “You are always in a hurry.” Aayushmaan disagreed, replys, “I wasn’t in a hurry. And I was doing your job. You guys are not dealing with this. I am dealing with this. Nobody has any expertise here-I will fix it myself.”
When asked if he was upset, Aayushmaan clarified that he was not. saying he was playing video games while waiting for a response. Hearing this Aaryamann remarked, “You just lost Rs 87,000 and you’re sitting here playing games?” to which Aayushmaan replied,
