Riding high on the blockbuster hit, Arjun has been receiving praise for his intense portrayal of the antagonist in spy thrillers. This marked a significant milestone in his career. He expressed being “over the moon,” emphasising that his years of patience and perseverance have finally borne fruit.

On Monday, Arjun posted a nostalgic montage on Instagram, showcasing a timeline of his career. The post highlighted his debut in Moksha to his recent role in Dhurandhar alongside Ranveer Singh. Accompanying the video, he wrote, “From playing cowboys as kids, to landing my first film #moksha to #Dhurandhar, I feel blessed to have shared this journey with everyone who’s been part of it. Thank you, my dearest fan family, for sticking with me through it all.”

He also extended gratitude to Aditya Dhar for giving him the opportunity to be part of Dhurandha. In Dhurandhar, Arjun portrayed ISI Major Iqbal, a fictional mastermind behind the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks. The sequel, Dhurandhar The Revenge, features Ranveer Singh’s character, Hamza, an Indian spy determined to seek revenge on Iqbal. Dhurandhar 2 is a follow-up to the original Dhurandhar, which was released in December 2025. It has grossed over Rs 1300 crore globally.
