Athiya Shetty receives blessings from mother Mana during pre-wedding festivities, KL Rahul holds his bride close in new photos

In the presence of close friends and family, Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul got married at Suniel Shetty’s Khandala farmhouse. On Saturday, the actress took to her Instagram to share a string of new photos from her wedding festivities. Athiya Shetty gave a peek into the pre-wedding festivities, performed by her mother, Mana Shetty.

On Instagram, Athiya Shetty shared photos from her pre-wedding festivities which features KL Rahul too. In the first picture, the actress looks beyond beautiful as she blushes. She is surrounded by her friends and bridesmaids in the background. The second picture is a candid moment between Athiya Shetty and her mother, Mana Shetty. As Mana showers blessings on her daughter, ahead of the wedding, Athiya looks pristine.

The last photo in the string of photos features Athiya and Rahul caught in a special moment. In the picture, the cricketer is holding his wife close as she goes on forward with her pre-wedding festivities. And, the photo is precious.

For the pre-wedding festivities, Shetty wore a beautiful golden kanjeevaram saree with pink blouse. The actress opted for a heavy choker necklace with matching jhumkas.

Athiya and Rahul got married on January 23. The couple tied the knot in the presence of close friends and family. The wedding was attended by Arjun Kapoor, Anshula Kapoor, Krishna Shroff, Anushka Ranjan Kapoor, Aditya Seal, Diana Penty and several others.

Meanwhile, latest reports suggested that the couple got innumerous gifts from the celebrities who attended the wedding and friends of the family. Going by reports, Athiya and Rahul got a plush apartment in Mumbai from father Suniel Shetty, while Salman Khan, Virat Kohli gifted them swanky cars, and Arjun Kapoor a classy watch. However, a spokesperson for the couple rubbished the rumours.
