Writing… The most essential, the most important, the most hard, the most painful, the most satisfying, the most everything ! This is my modest writing spot in my house where all my films were born. I started writing Brahmāstra 8 years ago, have grown and evolved and aged through the process, and still, the writing never stops… 💥 #brahmastra #writerslife #evolving #8yearsandcounting
‘Brahmastra’ is very dear to Ayan’s heart. This magnum opus is a love story and it also stars Amitabh Bachchan in a pivotal role. Ayan has always made projects with his heart and utmost dedication. The director’s filmography includes ‘Wake Up Sid’ and ‘Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani’ as films which deal with real emotions and conflict.
This is also the first time we will see Alia working with Ranbir on screen. The duo are also involved in a romantic relationship.
This extravagant film, apart from the heavyweight line up of Amitabh, Alia, and Ranbir, also stars Mouni Roy, Telugu superstar Nagarjuna among others. The film has been shot in Israel, Bulgaria and Mumbai.
‘Brahmastra’ is scheduled to hit theatres in December. Stay tuned to Bollywood Bubble for all the latest news and updates.
