He won the Best Actor award at the National Film Awards 2019 for his role in ‘Andhadhun’. To celebrate the honour, Ayushmann penned a heartfelt poem and posted it on his Instagram handle. Take a look at it here:

Speaking about his rationale behind choosing scripts, Ayushmann told Huffington Post, “Emotion. I listen to it as a consumer of the product, not as somebody who’s going to be a participant. When a writer or director is pitching me something, I take the seat of the audience. If I’ve had fun listening to it, chances are I’ll have fun doing it too.”

We really hope that Ayushmann goes from strength to strength and keeps doing great films. We also hope that he doesn’t let success get to his ahead. Well done, Ayushmann. Way to go.

On the work front, Ayushmann has ‘Dream Girl’, ‘Gulabo Sitabo’ and ‘Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan’ in his kitty.
