Baaghi 2: The release date of Tiger and Disha-starrer gets changed. Here’s why…

Ever since its announcement, the sequel to Tiger Shroff-starrer ‘Baaghi’ titled ‘Baaghi 2’ is being touted as one of the most anticipated movies. One of the prime reasons behind it is the fresh onscreen pairing of Tiger Shroff and Disha Patani. Well, it’s not a hidden fact that both Tiger and Disha are dating each other for quite some time now. And recently both had gone for a vacation in Sri Lanka to celebrate the New Year’s as well.

Well, coming back to their film, today there’s a good news for everyone who has been eagerly waiting for this movie to hit the screens. ‘Baaghi 2’, which was to release on April 27, this year, has now been moved to March 30. (Also Check: Pics: Tiger and Disha return from their New Year holiday, get papped at the airport)

However, the main question that has been plaguing us, is as to why was this decision taken. And we may know the reason. Akshay Kumar and Rajinikanth-starrer ‘2.0’ which was also postponed from its original January release, to April 27. Even Kangana Ranaut’s ‘Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi’ was to be released on that date. Naturally, even though the genres of all the movies are different it was sensible of the makers of ‘Baaghi 2’ to at least take theirs off the radar. All the movies are the most awaited ones, and it’s good if at least one is changing the date for max benefit to all. Now it will have to be seen if any other movies change their release date.

But now, ‘Baaghi 2’ is clashing with another awaited movie, the untitled Dutt biopic which has Ranbir Kapoor in the titular role and and ensemble cast otherwise.

Fox Star Hindi took to its official Twitter handle to announce the same.
