Bachchan family tests positive for Covid-19; Vivek Oberoi wishes them a speedy recovery

The Bachchan family has met with an unfortunate series of events as they have been tested positive for Covid-19. Amitabh Bachchan had revealed the bad news to his fans that he has been admitted in the hospital. After the news got out, Bollywood celebrities had poured in their prayers for a speedy recovery of the Bachchans. Amidst this, Vivek Oberoi also sent his prayers for the Bachchan family.

Along with Big B, his son Abhishek Bachchan had been tested positive as well. Later, it was revealed that Aishwarya Rai and her daughter Aaradhya Bachchan are Covid-19 positive too. Abhishek took to his Twitter and wrote, “Aishwarya and Aaradhya have also tested COVID-19 positive. They will be self quarantining at home. The BMC has been updated of their situation and are doing the needful.The rest of the family including my Mother have tested negative. Thank you all for your wishes and prayers ??”

Along with other Bollywood celebrities, Vivek Oberoi also sent in his prayers for the Bachchan families safe and speedy recovery. He wrote on his Twitter handle, “Our prayers for the well being and quick recovery of the family”

The BMC has taken the necessary measures and sanitized Big B’s Bungalow ‘Jalsa’ and also declared it a containment zone.
