Badshah On His Fitness Journey

In 2022, during an appearance on Shilpa Shetty’s show, he revealed that his main motivation for losing weight was his low stamina during live performances. He said, “During lockdown, we had no shows. When performances resumed, I realized I couldn’t keep up. My work requires me to be active for nearly 120 minutes, but I was panting within 15. That’s when I knew I had to make a change.”
