CONFIRMED! Deepika Padukone joins Rohit Shetty’s cop universe for Singham Again

Ajay Devgn and Rohit Shetty’s hit franchise Singham is all set to be back with a new instalment. The actor and the director are reuniting for the third instalment of Singham allegedly titled Singham Again. Here is a new exciting update on the hit franchise. Deepika Padukone has been confirmed to be a part of Singham Again making her the first lady cop of Rohit Shetty’s Cop Universe!! It also marks her first collaboration with Ajay Devgn onscreen.

Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter to share the news. He wrote “IT’S OFFICIAL… ROHIT SHETTY – DEEPIKA PADUKONE – ‘SINGHAM AGAIN’… #RohitShetty announces his lady #Singham… #DeepikaPadukone to be a part of #SinghamAgain, making her the first lady cop of #RohitShetty’s popular Cop Universe.”

Ajay Devgn and Rohit Shetty had come together for Singham in 2011, the movie went on to break records at the box office. The actor and filmmaker once again came together for the next instalment Singham Returns which once again broke records. The filmmaker will be soon reuniting with Ajay Devgn for another part of Singham allegedly titled Singham Again.

Rohit Shetty has worked with Deepika Padukone in Chennai Express and also for a song in Ranveer Singh starrer Cirkus. The duo will soon collaborate for Singham Again.

On the work front, Rohit Shetty is gearing up for the release of Cirkus. The movie features Pooja Hegde, and Jacqueline Fernandez in the lead roles, and is all set to hit the theatres on December 23, 2022. He also has web series ‘Indian Police Force’ that will stream exclusively on the OTT platform Amazon Prime Video.
