Kangana Ranaut Manikarnika horse riding

Kangana Ranaut-starrer ‘Simran’ has failed to make a mark at the box office, but it looks like that has not affected her morale. The actress has moved on from ‘Simran’, and has started preparing for ‘Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi’.

Kangana, who has already kickstarted the shooting of the film, is currently taking horse riding lessons. We came across a picture of hers along with her trainer Suresh Tapuriah. The actress was taking horse riding lessons at Mahalaxmi Race Course, Mumbai.

This won’t be for the first time when Kangana will be seen doing horse riding in the film. She also had a couple of sequences in ‘Rangoon’. (Also Read: Did Shekhar Suman just take a bad dig at Kangana Ranaut?)

‘Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi’ is a biopic on Rani Lakshmibai, who was famously known as Jhansi Ki Rani. The movie is written by KV Vijayendra Prasad who had written ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ and ‘Baahubali’ franchise. It is being directed by Krish.

Few weeks ago, Kangana had injured herself while shooting of a sword fighting sequence. ‘Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi’ also stars Ankita Lokhande and Sonu Sood. It is slated to hit the screens on April 27, 2018. This movie will surely be a do or die situation for Kangana as she has been having a bad track record at the box office.
