Two days following the death of veteran actor Dharmendra, his family has arranged a prayer meet today at Taj Lands End in Mumbai. Before the 5 pm prayer meet, Dharmendra’s son Bobby Deol, his nephew Abhay Deol, and Sidharth Malhotra arrived at the venue to pay their respects to the legendary actor.

Bobby, Abhay-Karan Deol And Other Bollywood Celebs Arrive

Dharmendra’s nephew Abhay was one of the first to arrive at the prayer meet. The actor was spotted wearing a white t-shirt, topped with a blue shirt and opted for a pair of shades.

Actor Sidharth Malhotra was seen arriving at the prayer meet venue.

Bobby Deol was seen near the venue, where he was teary-eyed, and was avoiding any paparazzi interaction. The actor was wearing a white shirt.

Karan Deol was seen wearing a white shirt.

Amruta Arora also arrived with her nephew, Arhaan Khan and Seema Kiran Sajdeh to offer their final respects.

Veterans Jackie Shroff and Suniel Shetty were also seen arriving at the prayer meet.

Dharmendra’s Passing Away

Dharmendra breathed his last on November 24 at his residence in Mumbai. He was later cremated at Pawan Hans. His final rites were attended by his family members and close friends from the industry, including Amitabh Bachchan, Salim Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, and Salman Khan, among others. In the days following his cremation, several actors—including Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, and Asha Parekh- continued to visit the family home to offer condolences.

Dharmendra’s Prayer Meet

Dharmendra, renowned as Bollywood’s ‘He-Man’ and one of Hindi cinema’s most cherished stars, was cremated in Mumbai on Monday. He is survived by Hema Malini, his first wife, Prakash Kaur, and his six children — Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol, Esha Deol, Ahana Deol, Ajeeta, and Vijeta.

A prayer meet took place at Taj Lands End, Bandra. The family, friends, and colleagues have gathered to celebrate his life and legacy.
