Aditya Dhar’s Dhurandhar has taken over the hearts of the audience as well as social media for a number of reasons. From its dialogues to impeccable performances, several aspects of the spy action thriller went viral – especially Akshaye Khanna’s impactful entry in Baloch to Flipperachi’s track Fa9la. Despite releasing over a month ago, the song – created by Bahrain-based singer-producer Hussam Aseem, continues to dominate reel and is a much at parties today.

During a recent conversation, Flipperachi opened up about the overwhelming response to Fa9la and whether his music could return in Dhurandhar 2.

Dhurandhar 2 To Feature Another Flipperachi Track?

During a recent interaction with India Today, Flipperachi got candid about how his life has changed ever since Fa9la went viral. The rapper said, “To be honest, it’s crazy. My DMs are blowing up every single day. I cannot keep up with the people that are just tagging me for the song and enjoying and vibing with it. So it’s been a crazy, crazy time.”

With Dhurandhar 2 all set to release globally on March 19, fans were quick to ask if another Flipperachi track is likely to feature in the sequel. When asked about it, the singer didn’t give a clear yes, but said, “I was going to keep it a surprise, but I guess there’s something. I wouldn’t want to tell you everything about it, but yeah, there might be something, yes.”

This response was enough to spark fresh excitement among fans who are already closely tracking every update related to the sequel.

The spy action thriller features some of Bollywood’s finest stars, including Ranveer Singh. Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, R. Madhavan, Arjun Rampal and Rakesh Bedi. Debutant Sara Arjun also plays a pivotal part in the narrative.

The film told of covert intelligence operations set against real-life geopolitical events such as the Kandahar plane hijack, the 2001 Parliament attack, and the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks. The sequel -which releases on March 19, will hit theatres in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.
