In a recent Instagram video, Samantha wore a backless burgundy dress and wrote “Nothing to Hide” on a glass panel. But what caught fans’ attention was the missing tattoo. Her followers quickly took to social media, asking if she had removed it. Some wondered if it was just covered up for the shoot, while others believed she had it permanently removed.

This isn’t the first time fans have noticed tattoo changes. In March 2025, Samantha shared a photo where the matching forearm tattoo she once had with Naga Chaitanya—featuring two arrows—appeared faded. The tattoo was once a symbol of their bond.

Meanwhile, Naga Chaitanya has moved on with actress Sobhita Dhulipala. The two reportedly got married in December 2024 in a traditional, low-key ceremony.

Samantha has also been linked to filmmaker Raj Nidimoru, known for The Family Man and Citadel. Rumors suggested they might be living together, but her team denied those claims, calling them false. Samantha seems to be closing old chapters and moving forward on her own terms.
