During the trailer launch event of Sky Force, Dinesh was questioned, “Will Akshay Kumar be part of Maddock’s supernatural universe. To which, he responded affirmatively, saying, “Of course, you didn’t last shot, he is our Thanos.”

While details remain under wraps, speculations suggest a horror-comedy project might be on the cards. Akshay Kumar’s knack for blending humour and thrills in films such as Bhool Bhulaiyaa aligns perfectly with Maddock’s style of storytelling.

They are all set for their upcoming film together Sky Force. Directed by Sandeep Kewlani and Abhishek Kapur, Skyforce is a tribute to India’s unsung heroes, celebrating their courage, sacrifice, and camaraderie. It is produced by Dinesh Vijan, Jyoti Deshpande, and Amar Kaushik. The film will be released in theatres on 24th January 2025, perfectly timed for Republic Day week, promising an inspiring and patriotic start to the year.
