Actor Aparshakti Khurana started out as an RJ with Big FM Delhi before venturing into television as an anchor. He marked his Bollywood debut in Aamir Khan starrer Dangal. The actor is at present in Abu Dhabi to take over the IIFA Rocks event this weekend as a host with Farah Khan. Ahead of the big night, the actor got into conversation with Bollywood Bubble host Nayandeep Rakshit.

In an exclusive conversation, with us, the actor opened up on the first paycheck he received and what he did with it. He also spoke about a possible collaboration with his brother Ayushmann Khurrana and fatherhood.

On being asked about his first paycheck, Aparshakti Khurana said, “First emcee pay was around, it was in 2001 and I was paid Rs 500 for it“.

He further revealed what he did with the pay. “I spent it on coke and patties. Had a party with my friends. of coke and patties” says Aparshakti.

He also opened up on the similarities and differences between Ayushmann and his personality.

He said, “The only thing that has been different is the journey and that’s what matters the most. Once you have a different journey you will always feel happy about your space, your performance and your achievements. You don’t see in the comment section people comparing both of us or making me a part of any kind of nepotism debate. That is only because we have different journeys from each other. That’s what my parents always told me and I am sticking to it.
