The social media has brought the world closer. Though the benefits of these platforms are aplenty, but everything has its own pros and cons. Recently, filmmaker-choreographer Farah Khan took to her Instagram account to reveal that her Twitter account was hacked.

The ‘Happy New Year’ director also revealed that even her Instagram account was hacked but thanks to hubby Shirish Kunder it was restored.

Taking to her Instagram account, Farah Khan urged her friends and followers to be vigilant. Asking everyone to not reply or click on any message they might receive from her Twitter account, Farah wrote, “My Twitter account has been hacked as of last evening. Please do not click or reply if you get any message from it as it may be used to hack into your account too (sic).”

The filmmaker-choreographer also revealed that even her Instagram account was hacked but her husband Shirish helped to reinstate it. “This is true! My Instagram was also hacked n many dm s could have gone from it.. pls be vigilant. I’ve managed to restore Instagram thanks to computer engineer @shirishkunder .. hoping to get Twitter reinstated too(sic),” she captioned her post.
