Forty Three wheelchairs tested for ‘Wazir’

Vidhu Vinod Chopra and Bejoy Nambiar upcoming film Wazir, has names such as Amitabh Bachchan and Farhan Akhtar associated with it. With so many biggies at one place things are expected to be of the highest level now. Things came to the fore while selection of a wheelchair for Amitabh Bachchan in Wazir was on.

For finalizing a wheel chair for Amitabh Bachchan in Wazir, Producer Vidhu Vinod Chopra had sent across 43 different types of wheelchair to Amitabh Bachchan’s residence over a span of 4 months to zero in on a wheelchair.

The Perfectionist that he is Chopra had Big B try out various types of wheelchairs. Not only try out by sitting on it he also asked the megastar to operate them, while he used to watch the movements carefully to finalise the product.

Wazir is an action film starring Amitabh Bachchan and Farhan Akhtar. It also has other actors like John Abraham and Neil Nitin Mukesh in pivotal roles. Wazir is produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra and is directed by Bejoy Nambiar and is slated for a December release.
