Film producer Prernaa Arora’s trouble does not seem to end. The lady who owns a production named ‘KriArj Entertainment’ has been in the news for all the wrong reasons. The most recent controversy that Arora has landed in is due to a complaint filed by her 60-year-old masseuse who has alleged that the producer has abused and assaulted her.

In the complaint filed, she has stated, “She used to call me for massages in the night. I was desperate for money, first to pay for my husband’s cancer treatment and after his death, to pay off the loans.” She even revealed that Prernaa had promised a pay of Rs 75,000 a month for massages between midnight and 8 am but hasn’t paid for the last 5 months. Until now, no one from the industry stood up for Arora, but recently, Girish Johar has come out and issued a statement in support of Prernaa. The man who is also a part of her production house said,” This is really disgusting. Certain people, for their own vested interests, are trying to hit below the belt. And that too to a rank newcomer, who has come from outside the industry. She is being unnecessarily being targetted just because she is new, doesn’t understand the nuances of the film business, just be because she trusted her so-called industry friends. Small matters are being blown out of proportion by certain industry non-starters, who we all know, have zilch standing in the fraternity. Going forward Prernaa will only be concentrating in creatives and setting up film projects and we all as a team are here not only to contribute our best to the company but to Indian cinema and its audiences as well.”

Also, a letter signed by Prerna Arora to her society complex has been made public. The letter reads:

Well, only time will tell who is the actual victim in this case. Till then, keep watching out this space as we bring you the latest updates from B-town.
