goodbye, amitabh bachchan, rashmika mandanna

As soon as it was announced that Amitabh Bachchan was teaming up with Rashmika Mandanna, there was a lot of excitement around the project. Titled Goodbye, the film presents a sweet relationship between a father-daughter duo played by Amitabh and Rashmika. Two days ago, the film’s team had shared the first poster from the film that saw the Big B flying a kite while Rashmika at the back is holding the kite-string. The poster had such a sweet and fresh vibe and people really liked the first impression of this father-daughter duo, and now the makers have just increased that excitement.

Taking to social media, the makers of Goodbye released a new poster of the film that introduces the ‘crazy little family’ of this father-daughter duo, giving a glimpse of the rest of the members in it. This poster shares the first look of Neena Gupta and Pavail Gulati amongst others cast members.

Check out the poster here:

This new poster reveals that every character has quite a peculiar look in the film, and it is maybe set in some different era. While Neena ji looks ravishing in her green saree, Pavail’s nerdy look presents him in a never-seen-before avatar. The pup in the Big B’s lap just adds oodles of cuteness to the poster. The film also features Elli AvrRam, Sunil Grover, Shivin Narang, Ashish Vidyarthi, Sahil Mehta and Abhishekh Khan. Sharing the poster, Rashmika wrote, Meet my crazy little family… Coming to meet yours in cinemas near you on 7th October 2022! (sic)”.

Along with this new poster, the makers also shared that the trailer of the film will be releasing tomorrow, while Goodbye will be hitting the theatres on October 7. The film is directed by Vikas Bahl and produced by Ektaa R Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor. Both Amitabh Bachchan and Rashmika are quite busy in today’s time as while the former has Brahmastra, Goodbye, Uunchai, Project K and The Intern remake up next, Rashmika is taking the Hindi film industry quite literally by storm as she has Mission Majnu and Animal already announced even before her Hindi film debut, and she is also reportedly starring opposite Tiger Shroff in Screw Dheela.
