Govinda and Varun Sharma’s ‘FryDay’ goes on floors in Delhi

After his last stint in ‘Aa Gaya Hero’, Govinda is back in action. The actor, who is known for his comic skills, has reported back to the film sets. Recently, the actor has kickstarted shooting for filmmaker Abhishek Dogra’s ‘FryDay’. The film also stars actor Varun Sharma, who is more popular as Choocha from ‘Fukrey’. Both of them have started shooting in the capital city.

Sharing this development, Govinda took to Twitter and posted a picture along with director Abhishek and Varun with the caption, “It’s a Superb feeling working with new generation of Director Filmaker Actors & Technicians! #Fryday @abhishekdograa @varunsharma90.” [sic] (Also Check: We can’t keep calm to see Govinda-Karisma ‘together’ in a film, courtesy these pictures)

Whereas, Varun who is perhaps a self-confessed Govinda fan, has shared the same picture with the caption, “And It’s a Great Great Feeling to be sharing Screen with @govindaahuja21 Sir!! #Fryday it is!! @abhishekdograa Time to spread some smiles:)).” [sic]

According to the reports, Varun plays the role of a failed salesman while Govinda will be seen playing a theatre actor.

The film is written by Rajeev Kaul who has earlier written films like ‘Shola Aur Shabnam’, ‘Ishq’ and ‘Ready’ and Manu Rishi who has written the dialogues for ‘Oye Lucky! Lucky Oye!’

Well, it would be nothing less than a delightful treat to see the entertainer Govinda back on the big screen, yet again spreading his magic among us and his fans out there.
