Govinda was discharged from Mumbai’s CritiCare Hospital on Wednesday afternoon after being admitted earlier that morning due to fatigue. Following his release, Govinda explained that his exhaustion was caused by overexertion, a diagnosis confirmed by his doctors.
Govinda Has Been Discharged From The Hospital
The 61-year-old actor was taken to the hospital in suburban Juhu early Wednesday after he lost consciousness and experienced disorientation at his home. In a message to his fans, Govinda emphasised the importance of maintaining good health, advising, “People need to incorporate yoga and pranayam into their daily routine for better health and energy.”
His lawyer, Lalit Bindal, confirmed that Govinda was brought to the hospital early that day. According to Bindal, Govinda received medication via teleconsultation before being rushed to the hospital around 1 a.m. He underwent several medical tests during his stay. Bindal provided an update while Govinda was still hospitalized, stating, “Govinda is currently under observation. He is sleeping after taking medicines. The doctors are expected to review his condition around noon, and further decisions will be made based on his progress. His medical tests are ongoing.”
Veteran Dharmendra was also discharged from Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital this morning. He had been admitted on October 31 after experiencing breathlessness. Additionally, on Monday, Govinda visited Dharmendra in the hospital to check on his health.
Govinda, renowned for his roles in films like Hero No. 1, Raja Babu, Bhagam Bhag, and Partner, also extended his wishes for Dharmendra’s speedy recovery and long life.
