Haiwaan X Twitter Reviews Saif Ali Khan Akshay Kumar

Priyadarshan’s action thriller, Haiwaan – starring Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan, has released in theatres today and netizens are flooding X (formerly Twitter) with their views about the film. A remake of the director’s 2016 Malayalam film Oppam, the neo-crime thriller also stars Pahal Chaudhary, Boman Irani, Shriya Pilgaonkar, Saiyami Kher, Rajpal Yadav and Sharib Hashmi as prominent characters.

Ever since its announcement and asset release, the film generated considerable interest among moviegoers, several of whom have already watched the film in theatres. As after shows currently screen, netizens who watched the film in the morning have taken to X and reviewed the film. Praising Akshay’s acting in Haiwaan, one user wrote on X, “Akshay Kumar steals the show whenever he appears.” Another tweeted, “AkshayKumar oh my GOAT, what an actor you’re … Just nailed it, hats off take my bow king #SaifAliKhan great work, loved his acting so far after a long time returned to big screen.”

A third posted, “Priyadarshan keeps the tension alive, especially in the second half, delivering with a surprise at the end.” Another netizen wrote, “What a fentastic Film created by Priyadarshan, the twist that you can’t expected i can’t describe it on words, Fentastic (sic)” A fifth added, “Priyadarshan and Akshay is literally cooked”

One netizen wrote, “Haiwaan The first half was actually pretty good… But bro, what the hell is happening in the second half? A third user tweeted, #Haiwaan is one of those remakes where you keep wondering why the makers didn’t try to bring something new to the table. In its review, Bollywood Bubble wrote, “Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan deliver brilliant performances under Priyadarshan’s masterful direction. The background score adds to the suspense and thrill of the narrative.” It also noted, “The pacing is over the place.
