Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe wishes Sanya Malhotra on her birthday – watch viral video

Sanya Malhotra, who has built her own horizon with some impeccable choice of films starting from her debut film ‘Dangal’ (2016) followed by a rustic tale ‘Pataakha’ (2018), a quirky comedy ‘Badhaai Ho’ (2018) and later a niche love story ‘Photograph’ (2019). The actress is having a bumper 2020. Interestingly, unlike other years, this year, Sanya Malhotra got a birthday wish from Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe. Wow!

However, Sanya herself is having a working birthday. Talking about her choc-a-block schedule, Sanya Malhotra has no regrets for not partying this year. She shared, “I love to party sometimes but right now there’s a lot of work on my plate. Right now the focus is to lead a disciplined life. The last seven months, and even the next few months, are really busy. I don’t have much time.” Sanya added, “This year, I’m happy to be working.”

Sanya also made sure that she had the Hagrid GIF alongside the wish. Talking about the video, it was shot by a good friend of Sanya, Junaid. Daniel went on to wish Sanya by saying, “I am here with Junaid. Hello Sanya. Happy Birthday. Wherever you are, have a great day (sic).” We must say, being a geeky nerd, Sanya has got herself the best birthday gift ever.

Coming back to her birthday, Sanya revealed that finally her dream of having a working birthday is getting fulfilled this year. “I always work around my birthdays but the actual day of my birthday would be an off and I’d always crib about it. But this year, I’m happy to be working,” said Sanya.

Her upcoming projects include ‘Shakuntala Devi’, where Sanya will be playing Anupama Banerjee and will be sharing screen space with Vidya Balan. Her first look itself had created all the buzz where, yet again, we see the actress don a new avatar.
