Aadar Jain who made his Bollywood debut with the 2017 musical drama Qaidi Band is all set to make his comeback with Hello Charlie. The trailer of the film released on March 22. For the unversed, Aadar is Raj Kapoor’s daughter Reema Jain’s son. At the trailer launch event, Aadar said that he doesn’t feel the pressure of being from the Kapoor family. He said that he doesn’t want to be known as Raj Kapoor’s grandson as he wants to create his own identity.

As per a report in News18, Aadar said, “I understand that my family has achieved a lot. They have been in the films for the last 75 years and I’m very proud of everything that they have achieved, but at the same time, I don’t want to be known as Raj Kapoor’s grandson. I want to be known for being Aadar Jain. I want to create my own identity and do good films and different characters. I just want to keep improving with every film that I do. Instead of any outside pressure, I’ve put self-imposed pressure to do better”.

Talking about Hello Charlie, the adventure comedy also stars Jackie Shroff, Shlokka Pandit, Elnaaz Norouzi and Rajpal Yadav among others. Directed by Pankaj Saraswat and produced by Excel Entertainment’s Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar, it is set to release on April 9, 2021, on Amazon Prime Video.

The trailer is fun and hilarious as it revolves around Charlie aka Aadar Jain who has been assigned the task to transport a gorilla named Toto from Mumbai to Diu. The entire journey is full of funny antics and dialogues.
