Filmistaan and Holiday

Nitin Kakkar’s National Award-winning film “Filmistaan” has no big names, but showed a major growth by earning over Rs.1 crore on the second day of its release, while action titan Akshay Kumar’s ‘Holiday: A Soldier Is Never Off Duty’ maintained its opening day box office figure i.e over Rs.12 crore.

“Filmistaan” that explores India-Pakistan relationship with comic elements didn’t get an overwhelming opening, but on the second day the business doubled.
