Hrithik Roshan And Family Purchase Commercial Properties Worth Rs 28 Crore In Mumbai- Deets Inside

The Roshan family is busy expanding their real estate portfolio. Just days after Days after Hrithik Roshan, his father, filmmaker Rakesh Roshan and his mother Pinkie Roshan purchased office units in Vaidya West World One Aeropolis in Mumbai for Rs 19.68 crore and his sister, Sunaina, shelled out Rs 6.42 crore for two more commercial units in Andheri East, the actor and his parents have purchased 10 more offices.

As per multiple media reports, Hrithik and his family recently purchased multiple commercial properties in Mumbai that cost them nearly Rs 30 crore. Read on to know more.

Hrithik Roshan’s Family Purchases Multiple Commercial Properties In Mumbai

In documents accessed by Propstack, the Roshans, via two companies – HRX Digitech LLP (owned by Hrithik and Rakesh Roshan) and Filmkunj (Bombay) Pvt Ltd (owned by Pramila Roshan) purchased 10 office units in Mumbai’s Andheri West. According to the property registration documents , the companies paid a total Rs 28 crore for the commercial properties.

The documents reveal that the 10 office units are located on the 3rd and 4th floors of Yura Business Park. The seller of the 10 office units is Yura Business Park Pvt Ltd of the Pecan and Transcon. All 10 transactions were registered on November 27, 2025.

The documents show that five units were purchased by HRX LLP – Hrithik and Rakesh are designated partners, and five units were purchased by Filmkunj Bombay Pvt Ltd, where Hrithik and his mother, Pramila Roshan, are directors. The 10 offices total 6,968 sq ft of RERA carpet area, with each unit ranging from 769 sq ft to 852 sq ft, as per the documents.
