Imran Khan To Make Bollywood Comeback With OTT Film Adhure Hum Adhure Tum Opposite Bhumi Pednekar – Report

Actor Imran Khan is officially back! After nearly a decade away from the big screen, the popular Delhi Belly actor has started shooting for his comeback project. The new film, titled Adhure Hum Adhure Tum, is being made for Netflix and marks a fresh chapter in his career.

Imran Khan Begins Shooting His Comeback Film Adhure Hum Adhure Tum

The film is directed by Danish Aslam, who earlier worked with Imran and Deepika Padukone in the 2010 romantic comedy Break Ke Baad. Shooting for the new project began on Saturday in Mumbai, as per peepingmoon.com.

Adhure Hum Adhure Tum is being described as a “dysfunctional romantic dramedy”, a mix of romance, drama, and comedy. The title reflects the quirky and fun tone of the film, much like Imran’s earlier hits such as Jaane Tu… Ya Jaane Na, Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu, I Hate Luv Storys, and Delhi Belly. Fans can expect humour, heart, and a bit of chaos.

Actress Bhumi Pednekar stars opposite Imran in the film, while Class actor Gurfateh Pirzada will also play an important role. The film is being produced by Imran Khan himself along with Danish Aslam, under their banner and in collaboration with Open Air Films – the company behind Netflix titles like Leila and Cobalt Blue.

The film is expected to finish shooting by July this year and will premiere on Netflix India in early 2026. Fans of Imran Khan are excited to see him return in a story that feels both fresh and nostalgic.
