Iulia Vantur remembers Wajid Khan with a heartwarming throwback video

On June 1, Wajid Khan of Sajid-Wajid fame passed away due to cardiac arrest at Surana Sethia Hospital in Mumbai. His untimely death took us in a state of shock. His death is a loss not only to his family but also to the entire music industry.

On World Music Day 2020, Iulia Vantur took to her Instagram handle and shared a throwback video featuring the late composer-singer Wajid Khan and singer Shaan. In the video, we see Iulia, Shaan and Wajid Khan singing ‘Tere Naina’ from Salman Khan and Daisy Shah’s movie ‘Jai Ho’.

Iulia captioned the video, “#worldmusicday I’m remembering Wajid Khan with love, respect and gratitude for the treasure he has left behind, a gift for our hearts.
