John Abraham plays a killing machine in ‘Rocky Handsome’

Actor John Abraham is quite excited about his his next home production, ‘Rocky Handsome’. The movie is a remake of a hit South Korean hit movie ‘The Man From Nowhere’. This time around the actor will not be adding bulk to his body, but prefers to be lean for the role of a killing machine.

As per sources, ‘Rocky Handsome’ is a story of a man who goes on a murderous rampage against the drug mafia when the only person he cares for, a seven-year-old girl, is taken from him, along with her mother. Co-producer Sunir Kheterpal, of , Azure Entertainment said, “It’s a universal story and its USP is the emotional connect between the protagonist and the child. We bought the rights and took it to John who loved it, so did Nishi. It will have four songs composed by ensemble music directors, like Vicky Donor. But the highlight of our film is the action. We are getting action directors from abroad—Eastern Asia—for the stunts.”

‘Rocky Handsome’ release date is set for February 6, 2015. The film co-stars Shruti Haasan and an eight-year-old girl whose identity is not known as yet.
