Excitement is building for the highly anticipated film Kesari Chapter 2, as Akshay Kumar and Karan Johar have set social media aflame. It has captivated fans and moviegoers with its intense emotional resonance. During the press conference of Kesari Chapter 2, Akshay Kumar and Karan Johar react to General Dyer’s Granddaughter’s Video on the Jallianwala Bagh massacre.
Karan Johar, Akshay Kumar React To General Dyer’s Granddaughter’s Video
Karan Johar reacted to General Dyer’s granddaughter’s video of calling the mortals of Jallianwala Bagh Looters. He said, “Not just as an Indian, not just as a humanitarian but just like anyone who has even an aorta of empathy, humanity within yourself it will anger you. I don’t want to mince my words. I don’t want to be diplomatic in my answer and certainly not beat around the bush when I say how ridiculous it was of her to say that. And how dare she? She was calling those thousands of people looters, they were innocent people who commemorated there, right there. What was meant to be an auspicious day of Baisakhi, thinking something else would have been eventually of the day, and look what happened. By admission, General Dyer had only stopped shooting when the bullets ran out.”
Adding the filmmaker said, “And she went on in that interview to say that he loved India and all kinds of things and that he had the greatest compassion. What love can you have in your heart when your actions only speak of hate? And that fact that she is living in a la la land of her own, some delusion of her own and I don’t know her, haven’t met her and I don’t wish to meet her. But the fact that she even said those things makes me so angry. On a humanitarian level, khoon khaulta hai mera jab maine woh video dekha. The fact that she had such disdain for one of the biggest genocides in the history of our nation and world. And the fact that she was so disdainful of it makes me feel angry. This makes me want and demand an apology even.”
Akshay Kumar Supports Karan Joahr’s Statement
Akshay Kumar also reacted and supported Johar’s statements. He said, “This trauma is what she has never understood. She kept on saying history and all bhul jaao khatam hogaya hai. I don’t think she has understood the lesser known that what has gone through. As of now, what Karan has said, it’s absolutely. I appreciate it. The way he said it is absolutely right. You will see it, the whole thing, by the climax of the film. You will understand the amount of anger. I would rather suggest you watch the film to see the anger.”
What Did Caroline Dyer Say In The Video?
Caroline Dyer, the great-granddaughter of General Reginald Dyer, who led the British troops during the Jallianwala Bagh massacre, met with Raj Kohli, whose great-uncle Balwant Singh had survived the brutal attack. The moment, expected to be one of remembrance and reflection, quickly turned tense when Dyer made shocking remarks.
My blood is literally boiling after hearing this filthy woman Caroline Dyer. She is great-granddaughter of General Dyer, man responsible for Jallianwala Bagh massacre.

While asking about Balwant Singh’s experience during the massacre, Caroline Dyer said, “He was a looter.” Her words deeply upset Raj Kohli, who explained that his great-uncle had survived the bloodbath by hiding under a pile of dead bodies. Adding to the shock, Caroline Dyer said, “I think history is history, and you’ve got to accept that.” She continued, defending her great-grandfather, “General Dyer is a very honourable man and greatly liked by the Indian who spoke three or four Indian languages, which very few people did.”
