Karan Johar angry over ‘Shuddhi’ casting reports

Filmmaker Karan Johar’s is quiet irked with the rumours circulating about his upcoming project ‘Shuddhi’. The project had started with a bang, with a casting coup of Hrithik Roshan and Kareena Kapoor to play the lead. But things went downhill when Hrithik decided to opt from the movie citing health issues, after which Kareena too moved on.

As per sources, later the curent hot pair Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone were said to be signed but they too moved on to Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Bajirao Mastani. After which the Perfectionist Aamir Khan was said to be cast but that too fell flat as he  also declined the project. An angry Karan Johar tweeted:

I AM PLAYING THE LEAD IN SHUDDHI!!!! Sounds Ridiculous??? Well as ridiculous as some of the news reports making the rounds!!!
