Katrina Kaif is one such actress in Bollywood who has one of the most toned and fittest bodies, all thanks to her daily workout routines and exercises that she has managed to look so hot and sexy. Katrina has a huge fan base on social media and more often she keeps on treating her fans with her workout videos and pictures.

Taking to her Instagram story, the ‘Bharat’ actress gave her fans a sneak peek of her workout routine. She shared a picture of herself where she is holding a paper with her daily workout routine printed on it. The workout routine shows Katrina’s two circuit workout series. On the paper, we can see the exercises, the number of sets of each exercise, reps and weight specifications. The exercises of circuit 1 are box jumps, reverse lunges, yellow thera loop, double pulse walking lunges, and deadlifts. The exercises of circuit 2 are squats and press, drop push-ups, weighted bent leg jack-knife, X mountain climber, beer can lateral flye and plank jacks with thera loop above the knee.

Now, as Katrina has shared her daily workout routine, we have now come to know that these exercises have helped her stay fit and toned.

On the work front, Katrina Kaif will be seen in Rohit Shetty’s ‘Sooryavanshi’ that has Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn, and Ranveer Singh. The movie is all set to release on March 27, 2020.
