Kedarnath turns 3: Sara Ali Khan pens emotional note, remembers Sushant Singh Rajput

Sara Ali Khan made her acting debut in Bollywood with ‘Kedarnath’ in 2018. Along with her, late Sushant Singh Rajput also essayed the main lead in the film. It made a lot of noise for Sara and Sushant’s pairing. Today, the film has completed three years of its release. On this occasion, Sara took to her social media and penned an emotional note for Sushant Singh Rajput . She also remembered her late co-star and it’ll surely leave you in tears!

The ‘Love Aaj Kal’ actress shared a video that featured moments from ‘Kedarnath.’ She also penned a long caption, that read as: “3 years ago my biggest dream came true. I became an actor, and my first, and most special film released. I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to explain how much Kedarnath means to me- the place, the film, the memories, all of it.”

Further, Sara praised Sushant Singh Rajput for his guidance, she wrote: “But today I’m really missing my Mansoor. It’s only because of Sushant’s unwavering support, selfless help, constant guidance and compassionate advice that Mukku was able to reach your hearts.??? From Kedarnath to Andromeda. Miss you forever Sushant. ???????♾? In the film, Sushant essayed the role of Mansoor, a local Muslim porter. Whereas, Sara played the character of Mandakini “Mukku” Mishra, Mansoor’s love interest. Directed by Abhishek Kapoor and co-produced by Ronnie Screwvala and Pragya Kapoor.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Sara will be seen next in Aanand L. Rai’s film Atrangi Re, co-starring Akshay Kumar and Dhanush. She also has The Immortal Ashwatthama with Vicky Kaushal.
