A few hours back, the ‘Mohabbatein’ actress posted a picture. She was in an animal printed dress and was looking gorgeous in it but netizens started trolling her for her pose.

Kim captioned the pic, “I did not have a stomach ache ? #40”. The moment she posted the pic, users started asking if she has a constipation problem or a stomach ache.
