Konkona Sensharma is all set to create magic on-screen with her latest release titled Mumbai Diaries. Kokona has been taking up fewer acting jobs as she dabbles with directing and writing. When we asked her in an exclusive conversation why we don’t get to see her as much on-screen, Konkona had a very heartwarming reply that relationships and other aspects of life matter to her just as much and she wants to be part of all that to the fullest as well. Kokona and Ranvir Shorey called off their wedding and got a divorce in 2020 after being in a marriage for 10 years. But, Konkona revealed that co-parenting her son Haroon has been very easy with Ranvir as he is  ‘very involved’ parent. Konkona also opened up about how she and Ranvir take turns being there for Haroon.

The actress told Bollywood Bubble, “I am very lucky because Haroon’s father is a very involved parent. The thing is because both of us are working and shooting so were are also able to mostly balance it out. Like when Haroon’s father is shooting I try to be in town and vice versa. Now it’s going to be like both Haroon’s father and I are going to be out of town so my mother is coming and staying for a month or his older brother and his wife will come and stay or something we will figure it out. Now Haroon is older, when he was younger we would take him everywhere with us.”

Konkona further added, “But my life has always been full so you have to consciously work towards it because it is nice to have an expanded view of life. Where there are many things you are doing, those other things are also important, not just acting or directing or writing. Relationships are very important to me, friendships, my equations with other human beings that is very important to me.”
