Aamir Khan is making sure to leave no stone unturned to prepare for his upcoming film ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’. The movie is a comedy-drama and Aamir is making all the efforts to get into the skin of the character. As we know that ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ is going to be a Hindi remake of the Hollywood movie ‘Forrest Gump’, so now the latest buzz suggests that Mr Perfectionist will be meeting actor Tom Hanks to prepare for his role.

The work on Aamir Khan’s next ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ is in full swing and the makers are planning to arrange a special meeting as a warm-up to the remake. According to a report by Bollywood Hungama, it is said that the makers of ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ have been looking to arrange a meeting with Tom Hanks for Aamir. A source revealed, “Viacom 18 is looking at arranging the meeting between Tom Hanks and Aamir Khan as a warm-up to the remake.

‘Forrest Gump’ was produced by Paramount Pictures and ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ is being produced by Viacom 18, which is affiliated to Paramount and so the movie will be made with the full support and knowledge of Tom Hanks.

In this Hindi remake, we will be seeing Aamir Khan in a Sikh character. The movie will be shot in Punjab and hence the actor had recently visited the Golden Temple to seek blessings before shooting. For the younger version of his character, Aamir has lost oodles of weight for which he had to go on a special diet.

Kareena Kapoor will be Aamir’s leading lady in this film and this will be the third time the two will be collaborating post ‘3 Idiots’ and ‘Talaash’. The filming for their college romance days will be done first. The movie is set to hit the theatres next year during Christmas.
