Cast: Aayush Sharma, Warina Hussain
Duration: 2 hours 20 minutes

The first half of ‘LoveYatri’ delivers what it promises – a colourful and entertaining love story. Susu or Sushrut (Aayush Sharma) is not the most ambitious guy, and is happy teaching garba to kids. His dream is to open a garba academy one day, and he even believes that it is the best dance form in the world. Michelle (Warina Hussain) is a B-school topper in London and is set to earn a package of Rs 75 lakh. There is a world of difference between them, and yet, they fall in love during Navratri. The way Aayush woos her, the way their romance prospers, the way Warina’s dad scolds him, the way his heart breaks – everything is predicatable. And yet, you don’t get bored.

The songs are peppy and straight from the Salman Khan school of cinema. Performances wise, both Aayush and Warina could have done a bit better, but they are not obnoxiously bad. The second half looks predictable too, but we’re still excited about watching it.
