Madhuri Dixit Leases 731 Sq Ft Property In Lower Parel For This WHOPPING Amount; Rental Deets Inside

Madhuri Dixit has leased a commercial office space in Mumbai’s Lower Parel, further expanding her professional footprint. The actress recently leased a 731 sq ft office space at One Lodha Place in Lower Parel on a five-year agreement, with the total deal valued at Rs 2.81 crore. Scroll down to read more.

Madhuri Dixit Leases Office In One Lodha Place

As per property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards, the actress has taken a unit on lease at One Lodha Place for a tenure of five years, with the total rental value amounting to Rs 2.81 crore. The property has been leased from Rinku Parikshit Joshi. The office unit features a carpet area of 731 sq ft and includes one designated parking space. The lease agreement was registered on March 24, 2026, with a stamp duty of Rs 72,600 and registration charges of Rs 1,000. A security deposit of Rs 17 lakh has also been paid as part of the transaction.

The rental agreement follows a step-up structure, with the monthly rent starting at Rs 4.25 lakh in the first year and increasing by 5% annually. The rent progresses to Rs 4.46 lakh in the second year, Rs 4.68 lakh in the third, and Rs 4.91 lakh in the fourth. It further reaches Rs 5.16 lakh in the fifth year.
The property has been leased from Rinku Parikshit Joshi.

Neither Madhuri Dixit nor the property owner responded to queries regarding the deal.

Madhuri Dixit’s Professional Front

Professionally, Dixit made her acting debut with Abodh in 1984 and rose to fame with Tezaab. She went on to star in several successful films, including Dil, Beta, Hum Aapke Hain Koun..! and Dil To Pagal Hai, earning multiple accolades, including Filmfare Awards, over the years. In recent times, she has balanced film projects with television appearances. Madhuri has been serving as a judge on popular dance reality shows like Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa and Dance Deewane.

Beyond her acting career, Dixit is also involved in philanthropic initiatives and has been associated with UNICEF since 2014, supporting children’s rights. She co-founded the production company RnM Moving Pictures and has been married to Shriram Nene since 1999. The couple has two sons.
