Videos and comments from the event have since gone viral on social media, painting a rather unhappy picture.

A clips shared online show Madhuri performing on stage, but the excitement soon turned into anger as viewers complained about poor organisation and delays. One viral post read, “If I could give you one piece of advice, it’s to not attend the Madhuri Dixit tour… save your money.” Many users criticised the event, calling it “chaotic,” “a waste of time,” and “poorly managed.”

Several attendees took to social media to vent their frustration. One wrote, “This was the worst show ever. It was so unorganised. The advertisements made it sound like a full dance show, but she barely performed for a few seconds on each song. Many people walked out asking for refunds.” Another attendee added, “She was three hours late and just chatted most of the time. Very disappointing.”

Fans also claimed that their tickets listed a 7:30 PM start time, but the performance allegedly began around 10 PM. One audience member said, “I left by 11:05 PM because I had work the next day. It was disrespectful to everyone’s time.”

Some fans even suggested filing complaints with Consumer Protection Ontario, calling the event misleading. While Madhuri Dixit has not yet addressed the controversy, the incident has sparked a wider discussion online about professionalism and accountability in international Bollywood stage shows.
