Malaika Arora Shuts Down Dating Rumours Amid Link-Ups With Harsh Mehta, Sorab Bedi; Says, “Arhaan And I Laugh About These Things”

Malaika Arora has often been the subject of dating rumours, frequently linked to individuals she is spotted with in public. Last year, speculation arose about her relationship with Harsh Mehta after they were seen together at a concert. More recently, photos of her with Sorab Bedi reignited discussions about her personal life. In a recent interview, Malaika addressed the constant dating speculation, admitting that it has become quite irritating and that she now chooses to see it as a joke.

During a conversation with Curly Tales, Malaika shared, “It’s irritating now. I just treat it as a joke.” She also mentioned that she and her son, Arhaan Khan, have learned to laugh off such rumours. “Arhaan and I have a good laugh about a lot of these things,” she said.

Malaika emphasised that she doesn’t feel the need to actively seek companionship and believes it will happen when the time is right. “I can’t plan these things. If it has to happen, it will. Right now, I’m focused on exploring everything happening in my life. Building things from scratch is what keeps me motivated. Of course, having a partner is wonderful, but it’s not a necessity,” she stated.

She added that if she chooses to be in a relationship, she would do so on her own terms. “If I have to be with someone, I’ll do it on my own terms,” Malaika affirmed.

Previously, Malaika was married to Arbaaz Khan for 19 years before their divorce in 2017. She later dated Arjun Kapoor, but the couple parted ways in 2024.

Malaika’s Dating Rumours

Last year, a video surfaced on social media showing Malaika attending a concert in Mumbai, where she was seen interacting with a mystery man. The clip quickly sparked gossip and fueled rumours about her new relationship. Some Instagram accounts claimed that the man was Harsh Mehta, a 33-year-old diamond merchant. In February, an unseen photo of Malaika with a man went viral on social media platforms like Reddit, with netizens speculating whether the Bollywood star spent Valentine’s Day in Italy with him.
