He continues to be a threat to the younger generation as evergreen Anil Kapoor is slaying even at 63. The actor who has refused to age is indeed one of the most good looking actors we have. However, staying fit comes with its own share of struggles and Anil tells what’s his secret to stay healthy and fit.

Spilling the beans about his fitness secret, Anil shares, “If you overeat it will have side-effects. After an age, less is more so you have to be in control. I was never fond of sugar, to be honest, so I am lucky.”

“I prefer eating healthy food and I have managed to concur lunch, breakfast but I have not been able to concur dinner. I want Indian food for dinner and that’s the biggest challenge. Some people don’t eat at all in the night and they are the fittest. I need to achieve that,” he added.

Anil, who will now be seen in ‘Malang‘ alongside Aditya Roy Kapur and Disha Patani, is an actor who always had maintained a positive approach towards life which is something we all are in awe of. His dedication and childlike enthusiasm are infectious.

“I think it is my nature I have always stayed positive. Once Boney said Anil has not cultivated this attitude this is his nature he has always been like that which is a huge compliment,” signed off the ‘Mr India’ actor.
