Malvi Malhotra opens up about not receiving help as expected from Kangana Ranaut

Remember last year how Malvi Malhotra hit the headlines when she was stabbed out of nowhere by a man whom she had refused to get hitched to? She made headlines for the same, and soon enough who came to offer her help? None other than Kangana Ranaut. But did the help ever reach Malvi? Well, Malvi Malhotra has spoken up and opened up about not having got support from Kangana as much as she had expected.

Kangana Ranaut had taken to Twitter and addressing Malvi had written, “Dear Malvi I am with you, I read you are critical, I pray for you dear girl, requesting @sharmarekha ji to take immediate actions against the culprit, we are with you and we will get you justice. Please have faith ? (sic).” Kangana further had written, “This is the truth of film industry, this is what happens to small town strugglers who don’t have connections and proper channels, nepotism kids might defend themselves as much they want but how many of them have been stabbed, raped and killed ?” Here’s what Kangana had tweeted:

Now, speaking to Mumbai Mirror, Malvi has said, “I had a lot of faith in Kangana and I believed that she will come forward to help me and fight against this issue. So I requested one of the doctors taking care of me to record a video and put it in the public domain. The same day Kangana tweeted about it. She was targeting the industry and nepotism but she tweeted that she will come and help me and fight for me in this case.”

Well, to be fair, we all had a lot of faith in Kangana as she was proving to be one of the best actresses to have come to Bollywood in ages. However, all that respect and goodwill seem to be going down the drain nowadays as she seems to be focussing more on pushing her political agenda ahead rather than her actual work.

Malvi also went on to add that it was not Kangana Ranaut but Urmila Matondkar who had actually come forward to help her. Let’s wait and watch whether Kangana Ranaut ends up lending her support to Malvi Malhotra as much as she was expecting.
