Irrfan Khan left for his heavenly abode on April 29 due to a colon infection. His death created a deep void in the Hindi film industry. Bollywood celebs mourned the death of the actor on social media with their eulogies. Today, Manav Kaul, took to his social media to share a few words about Irrfan. Manav shared a picture of Irrfan’s resting place in the cemetery.

Sharing the pic, he wrote, “I came to Mumbai with Irfan brother’s number. Because of him, I got my first job in Mumbai in ‘Banegi Apni Baat’. All my scenes were with him. Every time when the scene was over, it seemed that I have done a good job, but when I see the scene, I couldn’t look away from Irrfan Bhai’s face. I don’t know what he used to do, I just knew that his acting was different from the beginning.” Manav wrote these words in Hindi.

Manav also wrote in his post that his last meeting with Irrfan Khan was during the Screen Awards. “I was smoking cigarettes at the backside away from the glare of the show, then he also came to smoke. Sharing cigarettes, I wanted to tell him a lot but in the end, I just could say that ‘Irrfan bhai you are looking very beautiful’,” he wrote.

Irrfan was diagnosed with neuroendocrine cancer and he left for treatment in the UK in 2018. Post his treatment, he appeared in the movie ‘Angrezi Medium’ which was his last work.
